Our pilots, cabin attendants, flight operations, coordinating and management team will make a point of getting to know you and your preferences. In an attempt to make your travel an "at home" experience, we will develop with you, a portfolio of favourite music, foods, drinks, caterers, FBO's and convenient airports to better become "your" flight department.

Each flight is provisioned with snacks, soft drinks, juice, coffee and bottled water as well as catering geared to the time and duration of the flight. For instance, a morning flight from Toronto to New York might include a selection of baked goods, assorted fresh fruits and yogurts.

Fine wines are also available on our flights. Of course, we encourage your individual requests and will gladly provide whatever elements necessary to meet your needs.

Our flight operation’s team is available around the clock to address your requests, from in-flight catering to ground transportation. While we will work with you to meet your expectations, our goal is to exceed them.
